SAUERKRAUT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 soup cans milk
27 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
2 tbsp. butter

Grease a medium sized roaster. Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Cook noodles. Drain and add butter. Place noodles in roaster. Top with hamburger then sauerkraut. Combine soups and milk. Pour mixture over sauerkraut. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
