CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or 5 chicken breasts, stewed & deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
40 Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix soup, sour cream and onion in pan. Heat mixture until bubbly. Add chicken (cut up). Heat thoroughly then pour into baking dish. Coat cracker crumbs in better and sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
