CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. each basil leaves and oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano and garlic salt. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter. Place chicken in ungreased 10 inch pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until fork tender. Meanwhile add wine, onion and parsley cut up to remaining butter. When chicken is golden pour sauce over chicken. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until sauce is heated through. Serve with sauce spooned over. Makes 4 servings.
