CINNAMON BUNS 
2 cakes yeast or dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. lukewarm water
1 c. milk, scalded & cooled
1 tsp. salt
7 c. flour, sifted
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten

CINNAMON MIXTURE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in lukewarm water. Add milk and 3 cups of flour. Beat until smooth. Cream butter and sugar, add to yeast mixture, add eggs and salt and remaining flour to make soft dough. Turn out on floured board and knead lightly. Cover. Let rise 2 hours. Roll out 1/4 inch thick on floured board. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut into one inch thick segments. Melt a little butter in the bottom of baking pan and sprinkle with a little of the cinnamon mixture. Place rolls in baking pan and let rise. Before baking drizzle melted butter over top and sprinkle with more of the cinnamon mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
