PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP CRUMB COOKIES | |
2 cups peanut butter (your choice) 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tbsp. milk 1 cup chocolate chips In a stand mixer, mix together peanut butter, flour, eggs, sugar and milk. Mix it all together into a big ball of dough. Wrap dough in Saran or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for about an hour. Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam or Baker's Joy). Shape the chilled dough into small circles and place on prepared sheet about 3 to 4-inches apart. On each cookie press 3 or 4 chocolate chips on top. Bake at 375°F for about 25 to 40 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven and let cookies set for 20 minutes before serving.
