SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
2 tbsp. onion
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom)

Mix first seven ingredients. Shape into meat balls and brown. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water, bring to a boil, add meat balls and simmer 1/2 hour. Stir in soup, simmer 1/2 hour. Delicious over rice or potatoes.
