PIZZA CRUST 
1 tbsp. yeast
1 c. warm water
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3-5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in 1 cup flour. Let stand until bubbly, about 1/2 hour. Add oil, seasoning, sugar and 1 to 2 cups flour. Stir with metal spoon, mixing well. Gradually add more flour until you have a soft dough. Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until elastic, adding more flour as necessary. Let rise in covered greased bowl until double, about 1 hour. Roll out on floured surface and place in pizza pan. Makes 1 (10"x15") deep dish crust or 2 (12") round regular crusts.
