MEXICAN LAYERS 
1 lg. can refried beans
2 avocados or 2 sm. container guacamole dip
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 jar picante sauce, med. or hot
Grated Cheddar cheese, if desired

In a large shallow dish smooth refried beans to sides of dish. Sprinkle finely chopped onions over beans. Mash avocados sprinkle with a little salt. Layer over beans and onion. Spoon sour cream over avocado. Last spoon your picante sauce over the sour cream. Sprinkle the grated cheese over all the dip. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours but best if left to sit overnight.
