ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. shell macaroni, cooked & drained
1 lb. asparagus, fresh or frozen, cut up
1 c. Italian salad dressing
2 green onions, chopped
2 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 oz. pepperoni, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Lettuce leaves

Add everything together but pepperoni and cheese. Marinate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and pepperoni before serving.
