Pork Garlic Bay leaf Vinegar Salt or soy sauce Cut the pork into small pieces like a square inch in size. Cook it in pan with water bringing to a boil. Add vinegar enough that you could taste the vinegar with the juice. Add bay leaf according to your taste or flavor and some seasoning too. Add garlic and soy sauce to salt. Continue to cook the pork with all ingredients until the pork is tender. Keep the juice real low to the point where it is just enough to keep the pork moist. Serve with hot, but it can also be eaten after it cools off. Put left overs in refrigerator and may last for weeks and not spoil. |
