ADOBO (CHICKEN) | |
1 chicken, cut up (may use pork) 1/2 c. vinegar 1 clove garlic Salt to taste Black pepper 1/2 bay leaf 2 c. water 1 c. soy sauce Clean the chicken, cut into pieces. Add salt, minced garlic and pepper to the chicken. Put in kettle and add the bay leaf, vinegar, soy sauce and water. Cover and let simmer until the chicken is tender and the liquid has practically evaporated. Serve over rice. |
