ADOBO (CHICKEN) 
8 chicken thighs
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 bay leaf
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Clean chicken. Remove skin. Put in a saucepan. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and bay leaf. Add 1/4 cup of water. Simmer until tender.
