HAMBURG SOUP 
1 lb. extra lean hamburger
1 lb. linguica
1 onion, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 box spaghetti
3 potatoes, diced
3-4 carrots, diced

Cut linguica into 1-inch thickness. Cut spaghetti into 1-inch thickness. Brown hamburger and onion with tomato sauce. Add 6 quarts water and linguica. Allow to boil for 1 hour. Add potatoes and carrots. When vegetables are almost tender, add spaghetti pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving suggestion: Individuals may want to add lemon juice or vinegar to their serving.
