NO CRUST PEPPERONI CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, diced
2 oz. pepperoni, diced
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of 9 inch pie plate; set aside. In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, and basil until well blended. Pour egg mixture into pie plate over cheese and pepperoni. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
