NO CRUST PEPPERONI CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, diced
2 oz. pepperoni, diced (1/2 c.)
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of greased 9-inch pie pan.

Beat eggs, add milk and basil until well blended. Pour egg mixture over cheese and pepperoni.

Bake approximately 25 minutes until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
