NANNY BRITTLE'S PEACH CHESS PIE 
1 can peaches, drained
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Place peaches in unbaked pie shell. Cream sugar, eggs, butter and flavoring. Pour over peaches. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. (Fresh peaches may be used.)
