1 lb. hamburger meat
Wide ruffled egg noodles
2 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground meat with onions. Drain. Add 1 can tomato paste and 1 can water to meat and heat. Boil egg noodles until tender. In large casserole dish, place a layer of noodles, cover with 1/2 of meat sauce. Cover with cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Place in oven to cook, umncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is well melted. Cover and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
