HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. pepper (don't use less)
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt

Cook the onion in butter in skillet over medium heat until transparent. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, until beef is light brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice and garnish with paprika. 4 to 6 servings.
