TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

FROSTING:

2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

CAKE: Mix flour, sugar, salt. Boil butter, cocoa and water. Add to dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, baking soda and eggs. Pour into large flat pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING: Bring to boil 2 sticks butter, cocoa, evaporated milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
