1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Hellmann's
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash of accent
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 beaten egg white
1 bag Fritos

Mix ingredients and bake in serving dish (which you set in water) in a 350 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with Fritos.
