FRUIT DIP 
Cream cheese (8 oz.) plain or fruit flavored room temperature
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar

Beat egg whites until fluffy add cream of tartar and sugar one teaspoon at a time. When this becomes stiff and cream cheese mixing well refrigerate for at least one hour before serving with fresh fruit.

Quick and easy fruit dip. Marshmallow topping and soft cream cheese mixed together. Serve well chilled.
