DAFFODIL DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. or less parsley
1 hard boiled egg (chop egg white and save yolk for topping)
Dash of garlic salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together. Put in bowl; sprinkle egg yolk on top. Chill dip. Serve with raw vegetable chips and snack crackers.
