3 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tube anchovy paste
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Remove yolks of eggs and set aside.

Combine egg whites, mayonnaise, anchovy paste and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Add a bit of the egg yolk, chopped and mix well. Sprinkle remaining chopped egg yolk on top for color. Tastes great with crackers.
