CHEESE DIP 
2 c. shredded cheese (Colby and Monterey Jack are good)
3 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 egg whites beaten stiff

Combine first three ingredients. Fold into egg whites. Put into quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle. Serve with crackers.
