FRIED CHEESE SNACKS 
1 lb. Mozzarella - Monterey Jack, Cheddar, cubed
1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
Vegetable oil

Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and flour. Dip cheese in eggs, then coat in dry mixture; let stand 2 minutes. Dip coated cheese into egg and then dry mixture again. Chill 10 minutes to set. Fill large fry pan or Dutch oven to 1/3 full with oil. Heat to 375 degrees; fry cheese quickly to a golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain. Serve with sauce.
