FRIED CHEESE 
Mozzarella, sliced
2 eggs, well beaten
Flour
Dry bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Dip cheese into egg mix; dredge in flour. Dip again in egg. Roll in crumbs, pressing firmly so that crumbs will adhere. Place on waxed paper and chill 1 hour.

Deep fry in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown. Drain. Serve with sauce.
