LIGHT BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. reduced calorie butter
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. honey

Mix all ingredients. Knead 4 or 5 times. Makes 2 dozen. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
