LIGHT BISCUITS | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. low cal butter 1 tsp. honey 8 oz. carton low fat yogurt Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mix resembles coarse meal. Add remaining ingredients, stir well until dry until ingredients are moistened. Turn on lightly floured surface, knead 4 or 5 times. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness, cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. 60 cal. per biscuits. |
