CAMPFIRE PIZZAS 
1 jar Ragu pizza sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 loaf bread
butter
Campfire pie cookers, preferably square type, not round

Coat both halves of pie cooker with butter. Put a piece of bread on each half. Coat bread with about 3 tablespoons of sauce. Add cheese and pepperoni. Clamp halves together and cook over hot coals until outer ends of bread is browned.
