BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 sm. can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can of tender chunk ham, flaked
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together, then add remaining ingredients to soup-sour cream mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
