CHUNKY CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lg. chicken, cooked and boned (1-1 1/2 lbs. of meat)
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (may use Hellmann's light)
1/2 c. sour cream

Chop chicken into about 1/2 inch pieces. Toast almonds in oven at 350 degrees until lightly browned; let cool. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and salt thoroughly. Fold in chicken, pineapple, and almonds. Chill. Serves 8-10.
