CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3/4 lb. butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until thoroughly blended, light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and continue to beat until well blended. Add flour 1 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition, stir in vanilla.

In separate bowl beat egg whites stiff. Then fold into batter. Spoon into well buttered and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
