ORANGE RUM CAKE | |
2 pkgs. pound cake mix 2 tbsp. grated orange rind 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 c. sugar 1 c. orange juice 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. rum Combine 2 packages pound cake mix. Prepare according to package directions, adding orange and lemon rind. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes. |
