ONION CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
3/4 roll Ritz crackers
Onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cheese

In bottom of 9 x 9 inch casserole, melt butter. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Slice onions, 5 to 6 medium ones and separate into rings. Pack into dish. Dot cream of chicken soup undiluted on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and top with grated cheddar. Return to oven to melt cheese.
