BEEF STUFFED ONIONS 
4 med. onions
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. quick-cooking rolled oats

Peel onions; cook in boiling salted water 20 to 30 minutes or until just tender. Drain and cool. Cut slice off top. Lift out centers; leaving shell intact. Chop enough of centers to make 2 tablespoons; add remaining ingredients; mix well. Fill onions; sprinkle with additional Parmesan. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. Serves 2.
