CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 pkg. won ton wrappers
3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 heads lettuce, cut up
2 bunches green onions, cut in slivers

DRESSING:

1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
6 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil

Cut wonton wrappers in 1" strips, fry and drain. Mix fried wonton and chicken into lettuce and onions. Add dressing and mix well.
