CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts
1 sm. piece ginger
1 head lettuce
1 can Chinese noodles
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Green onions
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Cook chicken breasts until done with ginger. Bake almonds at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut up chicken, lettuce, and onions. Add almonds, sesame seeds and Chinese noodles.

DRESSING;
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Accent

Mix and pour over salad.
