VIDALIA ONION CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 med. Vidalia onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated mild cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (6 oz.) bag potato chips

Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with onions. Add cream of mushroom soup. Cover with grated cheese. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper over above and bake 1 hour at 325 or 350 degrees. Top with crushed potato chips for last 5 minutes of baking.
