SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 med. pepper, chopped
1 med. Vidalia onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
1 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 1/2 to 8 oz. crab meat
6 1/2 to 8 oz. cooked shrimp
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise

(6 1/2 oz. can or 8 oz. fresh)

Mix ingredients in a casserole and cover with 1 cup of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm as a main dish or cold as a salad. Serves 6.
