GAY'S SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cream
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
2 c. wild rice, cooked
2 c. rice, cooked
2 c. cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. almonds, chopped

Sauté onion, pepper and celery in butter. Combine all ingredients in large casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
