SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. shrimp, cooked 1 lb. lump crab meat 1 c. real mayonnaise 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. worcestershire 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. seasoned crumbs Use 3 quart casserole. Cover onions, pepper and celery with waxed paper and cook 2 minutes in microwave. Combine all ingredients and sprinkle with crumbs. When ready to serve, heat through on high for 6 to 8 minutes. |
