PORK CHOP ON RICE 
6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. precooked rice
1 c. orange juice
1 (10 oz.) can chicken with rice soup

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in non-stick pan. Place rice in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Place juice over rice. Pour undiluted soup over all. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes more.
