BREADED PORK CUTLETS 
1 lb. boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin (cut tenderloin in 1/2 inch
slices)
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 to 3 tbsp. oil

In small bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika, pepper. In another small bowl, combine egg and Worcestershire sauce. Coat cutlets with seasoned flour; dip in egg mixture and coat with crumbs.

In large skillet, brown cutlets in hot oil until golden brown. Continue cooking over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until pork is done. 4 servings.
