DILLED PORK CUTLETS | |
3 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. dill weed 1 tbsp. butter 1 lb. boneless pork loin, cut in 4 equal pieces or 4 boneless chops Blend mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and dill. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add pork. Brush with dill sauce. Cook, turning often. Brush with sauce every time you turn cutlets, until lightly browned (about 10 minutes). Scrape up any bits in pan. Add about 1 cup water and rest of sauce. Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes |
