2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion, and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 50 minutes. (I bake at 325 degrees.)
