VEGETABLES AND PASTA 
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 c. broccoli florets
2 c. sliced onion
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
8 oz. cooked vermicelli
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil, don't brown. Add broccoli, stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and heat. Add cooked pasta, stir in cheese and serve.
