PRALINE SWEET POTATOES 
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. cooked sliced sweet potatoes, canned may be used
1/3 c. orange juice
2/3 tsp. brandy
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/8 - 1 tsp. orange peel or 1/4 tsp. orange or lemon extract
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice

Combine 1/3 cup brown sugar, pecans and 1/4 cup melted butter and cinnamon; mix and set aside for topping.

Combine sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar, orange juice, brandy, salt and spices; mix well. Put in a shallow, buttered baking dish (I use a 13"x9"x2"). Spread nut mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
