ORANGE OR GRAPE JUICE JELLY | |
3/4 c. concentrated frozen juice (1 - 6 oz. can) 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. water 1/2 bottle Certo pectin Combine frozen juice and lemon juice; set aside. Place sugar and water into large saucepan and mix well. Place over high heat and bring to full, rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo pectin. Add fruit juices and mix well. Pour into jelly glasses; cover with lid, waxed paper or foil. Paraffin wax not necessary. Place in refrigerator. Makes 3 to 4 glasses. |
