GRAPE JUICE JELLY | |
4 c. grape juice 1 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 1/2 c. sugar In an 8 or 10 quart pot, combine juice, pectin and lemon juice. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in sugar. Return to a full, rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, quickly skim off foam with metal spoon. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars, leaving a little space at the top. Seal with metal lids or paraffin. Makes 6 half-pints. |
