APPLE OR GRAPE JUICE JELLY 
3 c. apple or grape juice (bottled)
5 1/4 c. sugar
1 (1 3/4 oz.) box pectin

Prepare plastic containers. Measure juice and pour into large Dutch oven. Measure sugar and stir into juice. Let set for 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup water and pectin in small saucepan. Bring mixture to a full boil and continue boiling for 1 minute. Stir pectin mixture into juice and sugar mixture. Stir continuously for 3 minutes to mix well. Fill prepared containers and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Freeze.
